TL 9000 Quality Management System for Telecommunication Industry

TL 9000 was developed by TIA (Quest Forum) to meet the supply chain quality requirements for telecommunication industry worldwide.

TL 9000 is a two-part quality management system:
TL 9000 - Requirements Handbook (R6.1)
TL 9000 - Measurements Handbook (R5.5)

Organizations who are seeking TL 9000 certification are required to comply with ISO 9001:2015 standard requirements plus additional requirements from TL 9000 handbooks. Organizations can choose their capability of work using Table A-1 of measurements handbook that defines the product categories specific to hardware, software and /or services.
