Description:
Looking
for calibration templates (17025) with uncertainty calculations?
To help
and assist calibration laboratories, CAL LAB ACCESS, LLC has started developing
calibration templates with expanded uncertainties based on manufacture and
model number.
We use
published specifications from Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) manual to
design and develop and calculate uncertainties on each test point. These
templates have been verified and validated using simplified validation method.
Easy and
simple to use, we utilize MS-EXCEL platform to develop the templates, no
additional software required. You just need to enter your data and all
calculations will be populated automatically. Many of the laboratory around the
globe use them to standardize the process and it is very cost effective.
Now you as
a laboratory do not have to wait and rely on your technical team to search for
the manual, read through it, attend a training program on uncertainty
measurements and come up with test points to be used in the calibration
process, plus calculate the controls limits, program your excel to show
pass/fail criteria.
To develop
an uncertainty template, your team needs at-least couple of hours or more. In
other words, an estimated cost associated with time spent will be between ($200
to $300).
Our
calibration templates have following features:
Pass/Fail
Criteria
Color
coded on failed points
Notification
on data entry error
As Found Accredited
and As Left Accredited
Our
technical team have validated these templates prior to its release.
Meets OEM
specifications.
Standards
Used: Fluke-5522A & Agilent-3458A

please do not use this template. Send us your method on calculations, our team
will review and make a correction (if required). We appreciate your
